Love it or list it.

Our "Love it or List it" project was really fun because we fused our staging and interior design expertise to help our clients achieve a joyful, colorful space they could either decide to stay in or have prepped to go up for sale.

A growing family and a new career path requiring a dedicated workspace left the wife feeling like their functional needs could not be met in the current space. The husband felt the space could be reimagined and chose to source an outside opinion, so they enlisted our help to reimagine the space.

We focused on transitional pieces, both functional and trendy, which helped create a design that was flexible for both living and for staging. We also decluttered, a universal tip when preparing homes for sale, and looked for key decor pieces that provided a cozy, comfortable, and curated atmosphere. Affordable, approachable, practical interior design, here we come!

For the "Love it" or design side of the project, we focused on additional seating, symmetry, a workspace, and interjecting energy and style.

For the "List it"  or selling side of the project, we focused on decluttering and more modern furniture that was the proper scale for the space. If it was listed, the homeowners would be occupying the property, so we need to be sure they could easily clean up the home before any showings.

These clients had a $1,000 decor budget and decided to utilize our Full Service Design package, which gave them a fun HGTV-esque room reveal at the end of the process! This full-service package is completely turnkey and allowed our clients to walk into their new homes, feeling more joyful than ever!

Their all-in budget was only $2,300 and would you know.... they decided to "Love it"!!!  It was an honor to help them rediscover what they loved about their home and to create an environment that was truly reflective of them.
